Strategy. Transformation. Growth.
Where it usually starts
Pipeline visibility depends on manual follow-ups. The CRM holds data, but leaders still can’t trust the forecast.
CRM and revenue operationsRoles, decisions and HR processes that worked informally at 30 people start slowing the business at 100.
PeopleOS — people and HRTeams build workarounds because processes, data and technology no longer fit together. Reports are assembled by hand.
BusinessOS — how the business runsToo many decisions, customer follow-ups and approvals still depend on the founder or a few senior people.
Take the free readiness assessmentExperience behind the approach
PathWeave’s founders have run sales organisations, CRM rollouts and HR work from the inside. That shapes how we work: practical, specific and focused on what people will actually use.
These outcomes come from Srrinivas Sharrma’s leadership roles before PathWeave and are not PathWeave client results. Read his career experience.
A focused first step
Each Health Check reviews one agreed area at a small fixed price, agreed upfront. The findings are useful on their own — continuing with PathWeave is your decision.
PeopleOS
For when something in HR clearly needs attention but a full HR transformation would be overkill. Pick one area; we review the process, ownership, documents and systems behind it and tell you what to fix first.
BusinessOS
For when sales execution, CRM, distribution or a new market feels harder than it should. Bring one question; we review the process and data behind it and give you a practical next step.
The PW-3 Sutra
Change lasts when the people running the organisation, the processes through which work happens and the technology behind it are designed together — not fixed one at a time.
Three strands
Roles, ownership, capability and the leaders who run the change.
Workflows, reviews and decision rights that make work repeatable.
CRM, HR systems, data and dashboards that make work visible.
What it produces
Leaders can see what is happening and trust the numbers.
Work runs through agreed processes and owners, not a few individuals.
What works in one team, branch or city can be repeated.
Practices
Most problems cross functions: a forecast problem is often a process problem, and a hiring problem is often a role-clarity problem. Our practices are built to work together.
Business, management & technology transformation
For when sales results depend on a few people, reports are assembled by hand and the CRM is worked around rather than used.
People & HR transformation
For when hiring, roles, performance and HR operations still run on habits that worked when the team was much smaller.

Questions
PathWeave is a management consulting firm. We help founders and leadership teams fix the systems behind growth: sales processes, CRM, dashboards, HR and people processes, roles and the routines through which work gets reviewed. We diagnose the problem, design a practical answer and, where it helps, work with your team to put it in place.
Mostly growing SMEs, promoter-led companies and mid-market businesses that are moving from founder-led decisions to structured management. Our primary market is Hyderabad and Secunderabad, with local offices in Nagpur and Bhopal and remote consulting support for Indore and Delhi NCR.
A Health Check reviews one agreed area at a small fixed price agreed upfront. You receive a gap map, prioritised fixes, a recommended next step and, if more support would help, a defined scope. A consulting engagement is scoped separately and usually covers design and implementation across a wider set of problems.
Both. Where it is needed, our work extends into implementation: processes, governance, CRM and reporting set-up, HR operations, capability building and the operating routines that make the change stick. You decide how much of that you want us to carry.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. The HR Health Check and the Sales & CRM Health Check are designed for exactly that: one area, one agreed question, and findings you can use whether or not you continue with PathWeave.
Before work begins, we agree what information the review actually needs, and we work only with what you choose to share. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place before sharing details, raise it in the first conversation.
We take time to understand the context before suggesting anything. If there is a sensible next step, we agree the question, the information required, the scope and the price before any work begins. Sometimes the right answer is a guide or an internal fix, and we will say so.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether a guide, a focused review or a wider engagement makes sense.
